Hillary was assigned to me at Memorial Health when my PCP left the practice. In the 2 years I have had her looking after me - there were 2 times (and only 2 times) I called in to see if I could see her due to being ill. BOTH times she has been too booked to see me. This is unacceptable! When a patient has something that needs attention that is what a caregiver does, not suggest that they go to another location or clinic.

Hillary has been taking care of my needs for several years now. She is a very kind, considerate, compassionate person. She is very knowledgeable in the areas in which I’ve seen her. I would highly recommended Hillary for a general caregiver.
