I have been a patient of two--now three--dermatologists at Skagit Regional Health. The first retired, the second moved out of state, and now I hope Hilary will be there for a very long time. She is a good listener and communicator, thorough, competent, and an all-around pleasure.

Hillary Cutler was on time and thorough in her exam. Easy “bedside” manner and efficient with punch biopsy done. I feel comfortable sharing her name with others and know that I will be seeing her again for any follow-ups / checkups.

This was my first visit with Hilary as she replaced Dr Wilson my regular dermatologist. I was pleasantly surprised that she was so young. She has great bedside manners and made me comfortable with her first comment when inspecting my back by stating "oh you have so many wisdom spots here" meaning my molds. She saw two moles that may be questionable and asked me if I was okay with her checking them by taking a sample to check them. They came back beneign.

Front desk staff was efficient and polite. I was ushered into the exam room in a timely manner. I made the appointment to potentially treat a rash and a mole on my back. The exam was complete from head to toe including a biopsy of one of those very toes which, hopefully, will prove benign. The exam was thorough. Ms. Cutler and her assistant, Brittany, were friendly, respectful, and knowledgeable.

Hilary is unprofessional in the sense she doesn't complete a thorough examination. Plus, she failed at giving me a heads up that the procedure she was doing was going to be completely out of pocket, costing my family a ridiculous amount of money. I will be going to another dermatology office for my next skin check.
