Hetal Rathod is great. She is a true professional. She was able to assure me that when I bend over and gag while picking up dog crap and then see stars, that it is not something to worry about. On the downside, she assured my wife that yes, I am still able to continue picking up after our dog. Life isn’t perfect, is it?

Hetal Rathod is very professional and knowledgeable NP, she took the time to answer all of my questions, I never felt rushed and I felt very comfortable with the plan that we developed. I had a time sensitive issue with another surgery and she was able to assist me with quickly scheduling my test with Austin Heart which I felt was above and beyond. Dr. Carlino is lucky to have her on his staff.

Hetal was friendly and professional. The entire staff I met were friendly and professional. We reviewed my chart and she answered all my questions. The physical exam was equally professional She was very knowledgeable. I have recommended this practice several time to friends and will continue to do so. I know more than several patients of this practice, and we all thankful to be patients there.

Between my husband, my mom, and me, we see Dr. Crimmons, Dr. Carlino, and Hetal, the nurse practitioner. They are all great. We never have to wait long at all, which I appreciate. And I am just as happy to see Hetal as I am the doctor. She is professional and thorough.
