Please do not waste your tome with this doctor she does not have the patience and more obviously the skill to deal with people who are in need of help. I’m not sure how some people can go into the medical field without people skills or the want to help people when the medial field is all about that.

Mrs. Hyppolite and her office have been a nightmare since the first visit. Her secretary is very rude and does not know how to speak to patients, she actually cursed at the manager of my HR department as she was trying to explain my insurance policy to her. I recently was made aware that I have been discharged from the practice for no apparent reason, and my phone number was blocked when I tried to respond to learn more. Getting my medications during the COVID pandemic had been nothing short of a disaster as I could never get in touch with the provider and her secretary was no help. I would highly recommend going absolutely anywhere else but here.

I was excited to visit this doctor however the excitement left when speaking with the receptionist. I called to schedule an appointment and was given a phone number to text personal information such as my insurance card and photo ID. I told the receptionist that this was highly unusual - the receptionist responded by stating 'this is how we do things here' followed up with an e-mail address. When I attempted to repeat the e-mail back, there receptionist cut me off and said 'this is why I prefer the text.' I will not be going to this doctor or utilizing their services. New York has a lot of scammers and this doctors office felt like one.
