Helen Rosenberg-Waks, LCSW

I went to see Helen at her Preston rd office very long time ago. I have never been to that office and that building does not have good signs. A very nice lady opened the door for me and let me in. I went up to the second floor and started looking for Helen's office. When I found her, she became furious and started raising her voice and told me very "rudely" that I needed to check in with the front desk attendant and that I was not allowed to walk around the hallways. It was my first time there and I didn't see any signs. She did not have any manners and lack of people skills. I'm not sure how she got a therapist/counselor license. Then, I signed in and waited in the lobby. Then, when she called me to her office, again she started scolding me for not going to the front desk. Our session was very unpleasant and never went back. I would not recommend going there
