Friendly and professional. Heidi was very flexible and was able to meet our very restrictive and limited scheduling availability. She made my child feel safe and comfortable enough to open up and talk freely which has been a struggle for us with other care providers. Heidi is a great listener, she's relatable, personable, and took extra time to help the visit feel more like family vs the traditional counseling sessions overall stuffiness feel. I highly recommend her for anyone who feels they are, or a loved one is, struggling with certain stages in life to help you get back on track in a positive way.
