I was taken to exam room within minutes. The staff is friendly, efficient and professional. Dr. Ottenbacher was quite thorough, friendly, professional and asked if I had any questions for her. I have seen Dr. Ottenbacher for eye problems and annual exams. I have been coming to Dr. Ottenbacher over the years and highly recommend her!

I went in to see Dr. Ottenbacher back in January 2016. I had a red eye for 3 days and by the 4th day, still had no change in condition. Dr. Ottenbacher spent ONLY 5 minuets with me! She asked me two questions: Have I had a cold recently? Am I sure I had not had a cold recently? Prescribe me an eye drop that cost me $136. She did not explain to me what I had. Months later, issues with vision, told I had herpes of the eye, in my middle cornea, scar tissue, surgery need. Saw different dr.
