Very knowledgeable. Has excellent bedside manner. I was concerned that I was assigned to an NP rather than a physician, but I really was impressed with her experience and attitude.

Heidi's attention to patient care is absolutely jaw dropping horrible. She prescribed meds on the lowest level possible, without REALLY listening to what symptoms I deal with, she wouldn't lift a finger to submit prior authorizations to insurance therefore causing extreme out of pocket costs, all the while hoping she was being concise with my health. After a 3-,month follow-up, she did the same thing, failing communication, refilling RX without paying attention to dosing (1-extra pill a week)
