Heidi Molloy

Heidi is a court involved therapist that I was basically stuck with. She has very little skill in high conflict divorces and family therapy. She demonstrates little empathy, is condescending, talks way too much and doesn’t listen and demonstrates what I consider to be a very female biased approach. She is accusatory, confrontational, and lacks professionalism. The administration staff at Unified is also terrible. I have had appointments scheduled that Heidi denied were scheduled. I showed her the texts and she was even more defensive. This is not a therapist that will make you feel comfortable to share or be vulnerable. She will make you feel like you are being interrogated.

Lacking expertise and knowledge in her chosen field. Also extremely unprofessional.

Heidi has been amazing. Very responsive and very upfront about her concerns. She understands my kids well and is also kind and considerate of how challenging it is to be alienated and then re-enter your children’s lives. She is also dealing with some very complex issues with our case and is handling it really well.

By definition, narcissists severely lack humility and will avoid admitting there's something wrong with them at all costs. Most narcissists in therapy are forced there by the courts. They usually don't show up to deal with 'narcissistic' behaviour. If narcissism is confronted, most narcissists will discredit the therapy and leave. Hiedi can see thru the narcissistic parent and put the needs of the child first, when the parent cannot and tries to discredit the therapist in court to help themselve

My children have been seeing Heidi for a few months. It's evident that she cares deeply about helping them adjust to difficult life situations they are facing. Her office staff is great to work with, she is responsive, and her office environment is professional and inviting. I'd recommend her to any parent.

Heidi seems to push the child to talk about things that maybe they would not be ready to discuss. Heidi is not willing to review court recommendations and follow the court orders signed by the Judge. She refuses to make the other parent attend Reunification Therapy. She is very unprofessional and seems to do a lot of the talking herself. Her office staff is very slow with billing issues, often billing months after multiple sessions have built up.
