She’s extremely patient and understanding. I recommend her for anyone that’s in need of therapy. Her soul is very kind.

Heidi Jacobsen was incredibly rude and unprofessional on every occasion I encountered her throughout my stay at River Oaks. She is currently the clinical director there, and I was frankly quite astonished that somebody with her incompetence and lack of empathy would have landed a job in addiction treatment.
