I have a history of kidney stones. (Chronic) and was in the waiting period before surgery to have a 10mm stone blasted. I arrived at Indian Path ER looking for pain relief due to backed up urine in my kidneys. (It was the weekend and I couldn't get a refill from my urologist until Monday) This fool/NPR said I was Constipated & that I didn't need surgery, to drink lemon juice, and that the stone would pass. This, after I had already been told by a specialist surgery was needed and was waiting for the date. She prescribed no pain meds, but 60 pills for Constipation (I was to take 1 every 12 hrs for 10 days, so why 60 pills? But whatever) I will be speaking with human resources regarding her behavior and beside manner. Urine & CT was taken, both validating mine and the specialist claim. Tonight I will take a hot bath to try and soothe the pain. But come Monday I will be speaking to someone regarding her performance & common sense to practice.
