Completely incompetent and does not have any values. Makes stuff up as she goes and doesn’t care about the ripple effect she has the power to cause in what she puts in her report. She ruins lives with her lies and blatant disregard for protecting children and evaluating who is the better parent. She sucks. 0 stars. DO NOT hire her!

Unfair, biased, unpredictable, dishonest, not trustworthy with documents, your family!!!! Your case!!!! We were victims in this case and she turned it to be all about your past! You give her proof and evidence with any and all things she dismisses it! Nobody trusts her with anything it’s all about money with her she is dangerous! Do not even think about going to her!

Heather Walker was extremely unfair as a child custody evaluator in my case & another case I know about. Unfortunate, as she has put child's lives at risk for no apparent reason. She should have no part in the legal system. Hope she's close to retirement ! Somethings definitely not right about her.

Horrible, horrible! This woman should not have a license at all- she is out dated and has no clue what children now a days need. She is biased in every situation and has her own agenda in each court case. She is very opinionated and in all honestly has not idea about people or children. HORRIBLE! As a custody evaluator she is incredibly unethical and dishonest. She lies in her reports, loses important documents, makes up things that you never said and never happened. Unorganized, VERY dishonest, unethical, awkward and abrasive are words that best describe her. She should NEVER be allowed around children and families in turmoil. She’ll turn an already feuding couple in to complete enemies, make the children uneasy and scared. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Absolutely horrible I don’t know how she sleeps at night! The worst psychologist I’ve ever come across! I know we are not the only ones who have had terrible dealings with her! She totally ruins family lives!! Oh and why is her phone number disconnected? Interesting

My experience with Dr Walker have been excellent all the way. I can't say anything bad about her. She know her subjects really well, a good listener, and really care about my children. I definitely would recommend her to anybody. For those who gave her a bad reviews, maybe the should look in the mirror.

Heather Walker lacks knowledge (outdated) pertaining to parenting styles, psychological disorders, and parent/child attachment. During sessions, she took personal phone calls, lost documentation and records provided to her, and was blatantly dishonest and unethical.

As a custody evaluator, the expectation is that Dr. Walker would be unbiased...Dr. Walker is anything but. She clearly has an agenda, and with the lives of innocent children in her hands, she shouldn't be allowed to make important custody recommendations when she ignores facts and truths that are undeniable. She only hears what she wants to hear, and develops opinions of people based on untruths. She also offers up advice and personal information, none of which should be occurring.
