Mrs. Ulrich was an absolute disgrace as a parenting coordinator. Overpriced, arrogant, narrow-minded, biased, and incompetent—she did nothing but profit off the misery of an already struggling family. Charging an outrageous hourly rate (around $300), she refused to work in person to truly assess the family’s reality.A staunch feminist, she didn’t even bother to hide her blatant pro-mother bias, even when the mother was clearly the root of the problem. On top of that, she engaged in questionable practices, always favoring the side that paid her more. An absolute disgrace.In our case, she cared nothing for the well-being of our child, focusing solely on her paycheck and her remote work convenience. When confronted with valid criticism exposing her lackluster methods and poor performance, she didn’t hesitate to try to ruin the life of the person who called her out.Beware of this person—don’t let her make you her next

Highly recommend as a parenting coordinator. Professional, fair and helped keep the focus on the kids. She did a difficult job well.

I do not recommend as a Parent Coordinator. She is incapable of using her authority when needed. I observed her doing nothing as parental alienation completely happened within her time frame as a PC. She did nothing at all. Not one thing to help prevent or help a ruined relationship that once was flourishing. She’s part of the disappointment in the family court system. But her expensive bills were on time every month yet she wasn’t able to facilitate with the other parent a fair relationship with the child. Do not use her as a PC. Nice but not a good referee in a high conflict custody dispute, at all!!! Not trust worthy. Don’t rely on her to help.
