Professional, Informed, Clear Communicator
I've found Heather to be very professional and respectful. She communicates clearly. She also brings in outside resources and seems informed regarding current research. As mentioned in another review Heather does ask that I do some in-between session self-help work on occasion, but I have found this to enhance the therapy.

I didn’t find her style of care helpful during an emotional/mental health crisis. She needs to do more research if she needs to suggest an immediate place for help for her clients. Also, in the future, don’t give clients a list of tasks in order for them to make a follow up appointment. Not helpful.
