She runs the entire office pretty much by herself. The first thing I noticed was no one else was in the waiting room when I got there. I only waited a couple minutes before she came out of a room with another person, checked them out and sent them on their way. She then turned all her attention to me. She spent about 40 minutes with me before taking me to draw my blood. It was really convenient not to have to go somewhere else to do it. I left with her personal cell phone number to use in case I have any questions before my next appointment. Never met a nurse ~doctor like her before. I’ll definitely be coming back and telling my friends about her.

We're usually scheduled same same day we call in. Heather actually worked over her lunch hour so we could be seen. We have never felt rushed there and in fact, when you go in, it is like bringing at "your own old-fashioned doc office". I mean, you feel at home. The staff know you and ask you about what has been going on, just like they have always known you! No anxiousness. NO judgement! We felt very comfortable being there, and then Heather comes out all happy and positive, excited to greet you! It's truly hard to be sad or grumpy after she comes out to greet you (all happy and excited to see you) then takes you back to the exam room for your private visit. SHE IS EXCEPTIONAL. She listens, takes her time, and truly cares about her clients! I was blown away when I left my first visit with her personal cell number! Boise is lucky to have her here and WHAT MORE...she takes insurance! A TRUE SAINT! JC & DC, loyal clients forever! x0

I've seen Heather twice and she is simply amazing. She really cares about her patients, will sit and talk and get to know you and your problems, will answer any and all questions you might have. I have been able to make my appointments very quickly, she is very fast at refilling prescriptions. It's nice to deal with a single care provider it's more personal and you dont get lost in the shuffle. I strongly recommend Heather!

I became a pt of Heather's because of her kindness and outpouring support. She is always there for you when you need her. She takes the time needed to listen to you and you never feel rushed. Shes able to get you in same day and her receptionist is always nice. I feel appreciated rather than just another patient

After a serious knee injury and subsequent rehabilitation, Heather helped diagnose a related issue and proper treatment. This was not only because of her skill but because she actually spent the time to listen.

I have been to countless doctors offices and although they did their job, I always felt like they went through the motions without consideration for my individual experiences. I was so impressed with Heather right from the first time I met with her she'd actually pulled up some research on my condition and had a few out of the box items to try. In my experience Heather cares about her patients and she LISTENS. Tough to find anyone like her..
