Misdiagnosis
At my yearly appointment she did not take appropriate time and appeared to be rushing me. She dismissed the spot on my head as actinic keratosis barely looking at it. It got worse and I returned to the office last week. Once again she was in a rush . My appointment lasted less than 10 minutes and she did 2 biopsies! Needless to say her original diagnosis was wrong!

Extremely! Heather is THE best!
Heather was caring, kind, an active listener to my concern. She took the time to discuss all options of care. I fully trust her recommendations. On my last visit I saw another PA. She was very dismissive and her bed aide manner left much to be desired. She was condescending in her answers. This was the second time I had this same interaction. I honestly have considered switching dermatology offices due to her lack of positive energy and her rude interactions. In contrast, Heather is a breath of fresh air when I came today. She was absolutely wonderful with her patient care!!!

High Standard of Care
I try to be vigilant about any suspicious spots and Heather always explains what it is, if I should be concerned, and then the treatment , if any. She is so knowledgeable about preventative care and skin cancer.
