I trusted heather as she did listen to me when I would report health related concerns but I constantly faced problems with scheduling, with referrals, with pre-authorizations, and I also had other ethically questionable experiences with her that I would have preferred to go without. Once you question their practices, billing and other clerical errors, and advocate for your health during an emergent crisis, be prepared for a discharge. Also, be prepared for questionable diagnosis for "in-office" treatments, as you may not have those conditions.

I absolutely love her,she always really gives me her attention and really listens to what’s going on she takes her time and explains everything to you in a way you can understand. The nurses are also very wonderful. The front desk staff is always friendly and I always have a good experience at this office
