Exceptional Service, I have been following Dr. Noriega from location to location for years. She listens, takes care, and tells you what you need to hear. She's honest, objective and does a great job.

Heather did not listen to my chief complaint. She was dismissive and disinterested while I explained my symptoms. She lacked any objectivity.
In my discharge paperwork her bias, lack of education in alternative medicine, and judgement were revealed her Primary Diagnosis of my condition. I wont see her again.

I took my son in for a med refill for his ADHD medication. Before Heather saw my 8-year-old son, she requested a urine sample (what are we testing for?) She then came in and badgered me regarding my son taking the medication for two years. She has a limited bedside manner, and after all of that, his medication was sent to the wrong pharmacy after I gave them the information twice.

Heather was rude and wasted my time. She pretty much yelled at me for not checking my blood sugars, then told me what not to eat, said i needed to exercise more and sent me on my way. Didn’t review my recent labs, nothing. It was a total waste of time in my opinion

Heather was great! Answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable. Had a great experience with her, and she even contacted me to go over my lab results when I hadn’t heard back from anyone for 2 months.

Dr. Noriega is extremely judgemental. She scolded me for gaining 2.3 pounds in a month. Even after i told her my weight always fluctuates 5-10 pounds because i hold onto water, but hello! That’s why I’m having surgery! Not that she should have any room to talk with her own weight problem. What a giant contradiction

Heather seems to be lacking compassion and empathy. She basically read off some checklist and ignored my major medical concerns. I did not have a good experience at her office from start to finish. There was no value in my visit. If seeing her wasn’t required by my insurance plan, i would go elsewhere.
