The first appt I met her, staff drew blood. Next day staff called and told me to go ER. Was in hospital with a bunch of stuff wrong. After 5 days they released me. 10 days later my OB/GYN sent me back to ER. 7 day stay, they found cancer. Heather triggered that cancer find. I can't thank her enough. 6 mos of chemo and a surgery to remove the growth. I'm cancer free. She is part of what I consider my Doc Team. Thank you Heather.

Clearly is just phoning it in. Seems knowledgeable, but is just churn and burn with patients. Avoid her at all cost.

Truly the worst provider I’ve ever encountered, Condescending and cold, she unfortunately allows what seemed like an ego dictate her ability to communicate and listen to her patient. Entirely disrespect to staff on her team.

If you have special needs children do not see this women. She is possibly the rudest person I have ever come in contact with at an urgent care. My 9 year old daughter is autistic and doesn’t take too well to someone being rude. She crashed her bike and was in lots of pain. Heather yelled at her to “be quiet and pushed her down by her shoulders” when we asked her not to touch her that way she kicked her out of the hospital without providing any paperwork!!! We didn’t know what she even gave her. After having to drive an hour to another hospital they were able to treat her for a hairline fracture. Whatever you do please do not see this awful women! You can tell her staff is absolutely on edge with her.
