Heather Hirata

Scheduled an appointment, filled out forms online then was told the forms expired and had to fill them out again. Explained my reason for the visit when I scheduled, but they misidentified why I was there and had to wait even longer. The provider heather hirata was extremely rude, cutting me off in the middle of me answering questions she asked me to answer. I was there to have a single form signed and ended up being there for over an hour. The service provided is subpar and this provider has horrible bedside manner. The only reason she will stay in business is because UHH students have few other available options for medical care.

I would highly recommend Heather Hirata, APRN. Her professionalism and overall medical knowledge has helped me diagnose, overcome and manage my medical disability as a student. Thank you for the extended efforts and I know it was a long road to get my health back to normal. Thank you and i appreciate all the help!
