I had an appointment at 2:20pm for test results. I was not called back to the room till 3:10pm. I then waited more inside the room. She then made her way into the room close to 3:30pm. I had another appointment at 4pm to get to. I proceeded to tell her with all the waiting I’ve done, you now have made my time short with you due to another appointment I had to get to. I was upset and left in tears feeling I did not matter at all. Due to not being respectful to my time like I am with hers. I had no time to sit and ask the questions I wanted. I felt disrespected and disappointed. Medical appointments want the respect in showing up on time, I ask for the same respect and see me on time when I make effort to show up on time and pay my ridiculous outrageous bill on time. Do better on time management. Respecting time is a 2 way street. Respect my time and I’ll respect yours. I’m not a bad person, I am a person who will advocate for respect and kindness for myself.
