Very moody and unprofessional. Disorganized and seemed preoccupied. Not sincere

Worse experience I ever had with a medical practitioner. Everyone I tell this story are shocked by her behavior. She sent a prescription to my pharmacy for a disease that I do not have. She never called me to tell me about the diagnosis. She just sent out the prescription. I learned about it when I was going to pick up the pill that I usually take and the pharmacist gave me this different thing. I asked about it and he just said that this was what the doctor ordered. I called her office and she was with a patient. The secretary asks her what was going on while I wait over the phone. Then the secretary comes back and say: You have this thing XXX, you need to take this pill now. I was: For how long? How serious is it? Do I need to change my diet? The secretary of course couldn't answer any of that. I never start the treatment. Heather never seem to care that I didn't neither. I talked to another doctor and he said there is no chance I have or ever had this disease.

Ms Green is very compassionate about her work and the patient. She spends the necessary time that the patient needs, never rushing. Returns calls promptly.

Heather is very caring and compassionate about her job. I’m glad I switched to her, I even transferred my family to her as well. Would recommend her 100%!

I called the office numerous times and had numerous appointments with the result being just put on another medication instead of looking for the root source of my issue after(5) several months with no help. I went to strong Hospital and was admitted for a week. I am quiet sure they do not admit someone for nothing. If she has taken the time and done due diligence with trying to find the answer instead of prescribing another medication. I could have avoided the hospital stay. I no longer have her

I would NOT recommend Heather Green. She is very forgetful. I was lied to on 3 different occasions regarding my treatment. When I complained, instead of trying to resolve the issue, Heather sent me letter stating that she could no longer be my doctor.
