Heather Gonzalez is the worst!
I was recently robbed at gunpoint in Charlotte, and they took my purse which had all of my prescriptions in it. I went to THC the next day to give them the police report and see about getting my prescriptions refilled. She had me wait in the waiting room for over 2 1/2 hours before sending out her CMA with a post-it note saying she wouldn't refill my prescriptions.
