Heather Ehinger, LMFT

Heather quite literally saved my life. It's hard to put into words what Heather means to me as a therapist. When I first started seeing her for individual therapy I was a shell of a human. I was lost and depressed. Heather is extremely intuitive and I felt like she knew and understood me even after my first session. She is truly gifted at what she does and knows how to guide you through the healing process at exactly the right pace. She tells you what you need to hear at the exact time you need to hear it. One of my favorite things about her is her ability to inject humor into our sessions. She makes serious topics easier to talk about without making you feel like what you're saying is trivial. What makes Heather unique from other therapists is that she gives you her honest opinion. She provides insight and prospective into difficult situations to help you gain clarity. This 900 character review doesn't do her justice, but it's all I'm all allowed. I can't recommend Heather enough.

Heather is incredibly insightful and has been a huge help to not only myself, but my entire family thru our separation, divorce and now new life. She listens attentively, and explains things point blank. I always walk away after sessions feeling like I’ve gained new knowledge and feeling better about myself. A true professional. Highly recommend.

If her abilities matched her opinion of herself She would be the best therapist ever. Unfortunately her talent is only in her mind. The best thing about her is her office decor. She is a waste of time and money. Spend yours somewhere else.

Heather is a someone who first listens to both sides of the story but calls things as she sees them. That means, when I am at fault, she will ask me to address the issue and correct it -- especially if it involves putting the children first. It also means that their father has to follow the same protocol... but, as "someone never wrong," having him see the need for minor changes is a challenge... fortunately not a challenge beyond Heather's capabilities. She walks a fine line & does a great job
