Heather is very rude and will not help with whatever question or illness you are trying to get help with. I've seen her 3 times now and each time ended in disappointment because she won't take any of my concerns seriously. At this point I will be seeking a new doctor because of how unprofessional and unhelpful she has been. This particular office has mischarged me 2/3 times I have went, they never want to charge your insurance for some reason and if you call the front office about it they are very rude and again unhelpful. They are a shame to the medical community.

The most fantastic doctor I’ve ever had. I’ve been seeing her for almost a decade now and she is always kind, caring, and the best listener. I can ask anything and she’ll explain it and help me with any of my issues.

Heather is always positive and listens to what you say. I have been with Heather for many years now and I appreciate all she has done for me. I have several medical issues and she is always trying to fine a treatment best for me based on lab results and symptoms. I highly recommend Heather and the Cascade office.
