Heather is great at time management, listening skills and truly working WITH you to come to health problem investigation, testing and solving. She doesn't leave issues hanging without resolve and will investigate symptoms in the room first before referring to great doctors or testing when warranted. Above all her attitude is wonderful and she listens and hears me. Bonus star warranted for very good staff and in 6 years of seeing her, I believe each wait time averaged less than 10 minutes. Heather is very thorough. She looks back on your last previous visit and questions how things might have changed since then. She cares that the info she has is correct - not just to fill in the blanks. I love that I never feel rushed and that I can ask all my questions. If some info doesn’t jive with what is or is not recorded, she works to correct it. To me that is so important in a patient doctor relationship.

What I really love about Heather Dickin is that she listens to you. She takes the time at every visit to hear your concerns and she actually work with you to get the concern addressed. Whether it is a referral to a specialist or following up at the next visit, she sees to it that it’s addressed. I’ve had some pretty complex health issues of late and Heather Dickin has worked with me to get to the root cause. I appreciate her and her staff because they are thorough. From the first day I met her she was nothing but kind and respectful. I recommend her wholeheartedly for primary care.
