I was at an appointment that staff did not know why? Several (2)asked me “ why are you here”. I had received two texts. Heather comes out, very confused, doesn’t know why I’m there either . After few minutes says” how can I help today?”... discussed issue. She said I will call you Mon or Tues( appt being discussed was a Fri. NEVER CALLED BACK. She kept saying;” I’ll circle back to that”, like Jen Psaki in Biden Administration.
