She listened to my story acting like she cared but you can see the attitude and I realized after, she never cared. I don’t recommend.

Actively listens; provides thorough testing
Heather was the first pulmonologist that actually listened and paid attention to what I said (not just hiding behind their computer). She did very thorough lung function test and even suggested an at home sleep study. The sleep study shows I have sleep apnea, all other doctors ignored that possibility. She speaks directly, clearly and answers all questions.

Fantastic patient (customer) service! Friendly and approachable, and positive demeanor. Very receptive, listened to patient's explanation of condition, then after conducting a thorough exsm, provided a detailed explanation of diagnosis, treatment options, and prognosis. PA Collison would make an excellent primary care provider.
