Heather Callahan has been performing my annual skin/mole screening for 3 years. She is very thorough and takes lots of pictures and documentation for yearly comparison purposes. She explains things to me so that I understand, and gives me good advice for taking care of my skin. She is always smiling and has a great attitude, makes me feel comfortable during the exam, I do not feel like I am rushed in and rushed out. The facility is very clean and quiet, calm, relaxing. The assistants and ladies running the desk are all very polite, helpful and smiling. Very welcoming, which means a great deal to this grumpy old retired U.S. marine... 8)

I recently saw Heather and Shannon for injection of filler into my lower face. They are both great! I am really pleased with how natural my face looks. I feel like myself when i look in the mirror, just a little more refreshed. Bother Heather and Shannon are pleasantly professional and I really appreciated their input.

Heather is wonderful! She listens to my concerns, she empathetic to my situation, and very knowledgeable of all available treatments. If you are looking for someone who truly cares, then look no further than Heather. I did request information regarding past visits from the manager, I have yet to hear back from her, and she's never available.. so it seems that they could use help in that department, but the nurses and her assistants are very kind. I go because I completely trust her judgement.
