Never a wait to see her. Explains everything in simple terms. Explains all options to help become pain free. Heather is definitely a people person I definitely recommend her.

Cannot say enough good things about Heather Brown - she is very sharp, extremely thorough and yet compassionate and caring, taking as much time as you would need to get your answers and concerns addressed. You never feel rushed and it's like meeting with an old friend. Very knowledgeable about pain issues and she has helped both me and my wife a lot. I just cannot say enough good things about her.
The practice is equally excellent, low wait times and very efficient well oiled machine.

My dissatisfaction isn't with Heather. Rather with her front desk staff. Very abrupt and rude. I am a 100% disabled veteran. Pain mgt is important part of my daily life. I arrived 10 mins early for a 1015 appt but helped one of FOA's patients into her car from a wheelchair which put me 2 minutes late for checking in for my appt. After signing in I was told to "sit and wait to be called". When called I was told I was "late" and that my pain shots would not be given. 2 min? Poor cust svc.

I have known Miss Brown and been a patient for many years. She is very knowledgeable and does her job very well. There is no other like her in my book. I would recomend her in a heart beat.

I have been a patient of Heather's for many years and I would recommend her to anyone. Heather is knowledgeable and has a great way with her patients. If you have a question or concern she doesn't know the answer or solution she Will find the answer. I have enjoyed having Heather as one of my healthcare providers.
