Dr. Heather’s bedside manner left much to be desired. It is one of the worst I've experienced. During my 80-year-old mother’s two visits with her, Dr. Heather consistently reacted with extreme alarm, as if my mother was going to drop dead at any minute. She even went so far as to express this fear directly to my mother! Consequently, my mother became deeply distressed, leading to a month-long hospital stay. Fortunately, when she finally saw her regular doctor, it became clear that the issue wasn't even related to her heart. Dr. Heather should prioritize improving her professional interactions and communication skills, especially when dealing with elderly patients. Empathy and understanding are essential qualities that she needs to cultivate. Unfortunately, my mother-in-law also had an unpleasant experience with Dr. Heather during her first appointment, reinforcing the need for improvement in Dr. Heather’s approach. Horrific and infuriating.

Heather was so nice & comforting & explained my test results so clearly. She answered all my questions & took as much time as I needed.
