Hayley is fantastic! The two bad reviews on here really puzzle me. The prescription snafu someone talked about was more likely the nurse's error, not Hayley's! Follow the positive reviews! She thorough and very intelligent. Listens carefully with empathy and compassion!

Hayley is an excellent provider! She saw my husband at a recent appointment and expressed genuine concern for his medical situation. She listened, completed a thorough assessment, and provided us with a few treatment options, allowing us to have a say on what would be the best option fo us.

If I could give a zero I would. My mother had a UTI and was prescribed a course of treatment. The antibiotic was shown to be ineffective after a follow up UA and she prescribed another course. My mother was unable to get her antibiotic from the pharmacy for two days because the PA had yet to call it in. Healthcare has become more unfeeling towards patients. Nurses, Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants and yes MDs as well care more about moving them in and out quickly than patient care.
