I made an appointment for last Saturday. I made this appointment in advance and I made sure that I could get a dilated eye exam done. The day before also I made sure that I could get it done the next day. I am going to this place only for annual dilated eye exams. When I reached there the front office lady said that I needed to come another day for this. What? I took a day off from my work and came here to listen to this? Is my time not important? Very interestingly this happened last year too. The moment I stepped in last year they said you have to come another day. Then Dr.Harlan came and was arguing and shouting in loud noise and he said' You are welcome to go anywhere else'. Look! I have been going to this practice for the last three years and what commitment they have to patients? They always overbook patients and whenever I go they will ask me to come on another day. In 2021 Dr.David wrote my prescription wrongly and they gave me overcorrected glasses. When I complained about
