This guy is terrible! I've never experienced such terrible, unprofessional treatment from someone. This guy refused to give me my healthcare records and I desperately needed them to start a new job. He is LAZY and RUDE. After requesting a letter with my TB results 3 days before my visit he still refused to provide me with something! He then decided to insult me and my profession as I am also in healthcare. With the needle in his hand and my forearm in the other he disrespected and mocked me.
