I would be honored to recommend Dr. Happy Meng and without reservation. He explained the entire process in "layman's" language in the most organized fashion. As a question came up in my mind, Dr. Meng answered it before I might even ask it. The entire explanation left me with no questions at that time. His manner was extremely professional and I perceived that he really heard me. I have rarely experienced a physician who seemed so conscientious and present during the entire appointment.
