Highly Recommend!
Hannah Underdahl is the absolute best! I've seen her for pelvic floor therapy, and she has helped me more than any other doctor I've seen for my Vaginismus. She's kind, nonjudgemental, extremely knowledgeable, and works in a trauma-informed way. She's also very mindful and inclusive in her actions and speech. I highly recommend her to anyone who's had past trauma or just fear in relation to that area of the body, whether it was medical or otherwise.
