Dr. Habib Azizi, OD

Dr. Habib Azizi is the most caring doctor he talks to you about everything ,and ask you about your concerns and addresses everything .and his staff is so friendly and are there to answer any questions you have .i would 100% recommend

I had an eye exam appointment with West Florida Eye and Dr Azizi at 9:30 AM today. When I arrived, there were at least 5 other people already waiting in this very small office and more people continued to arrive. At 9:50 AM I asked the desk how many people were ahead of me and she replied "Three" This is in addition to the one or two already in the exam room. I then stated that they could cancel my appointment as I was leaving. It is sad that during this Covid pandemic that Dr Azizi has so little regard for the health and safety of his patients, especially us elderly ones, that he continues to "overbook" and expect you to sit in this overcrowded waiting room for at least an hour. This tells me that his main interest is how much money he can make, even during this Covid crisis. IThere was NO SOCIAL DISTANCING as the chairs are placed 2-3 feet apart. There were 11 people in the waiting room when I left at 9:55AM.

I will not return to this office once they get my prescription correct...going back for third time as lenses still are not correct. Have been at this for 3 months and still no new glasses that I have already paid for. Left hand doesn't know what the right one is doing between the two offices, have made 5 trips now and waisted about an entire day of work trying to get things corrected. Thankful my old glasses are around or I'd have been out of luck! If I had been able to sit down and have the glasses fitted with the optician on staff the second time I would not be coming back for the third attempt to correct. Costing all of us a bunch of money and have never in my 25 plus years of wearing glasses (the last 6 plus in progressive lenses) had such an issue. Now they want to use my old prescription and want me to go get it for them from my previous eye doctor out of state....big eye roll emoji. Lesson learned as now I have to wait a year to use my insurance benefits again:(
