Dr. Gwendolyn Costantini, DNP

If I could give zero stars I would. Nurse Costantini is the absolute worst Nurse I have ever come across. I had run out of medication so I called the office to request a refill. I was told she wouldn't be sending any medicine to the pharmacy without blood work. Okay, I understood. I got the blood work done. She then proceeds to send the medication to the pharmacy. Now this same medication that was sent over is requiring a prior authorization (which she knew about already) but never sends it. My pharmacy called and left messages numerous times. So did I. In a desperate attempt to expedite things. I told the receptionist that I will be filing a complaint about her not calling in the prior authorization for the medication she sent to the pharmacy. Nurse Costantini calls me to tell me she is not calling in prior Authorization because another doctor has to do it. Which is a lie. The prescribing nurse/Dr. Has to do it. Needless to say she we got into a huge argument over the phone. I hung
