Dr Kehoe was incredible, and so patient with all my questions. The doctor at the urgent care a week prior told me nothing was wrong with his ears. Dr Kehoe apologized and found the hole in his ear right away. She was so gentle with him and explained what we had to do very clearly.

Initial feedback is that provider could have scoped my nose.I state this because a specialist the next day asked if she scoped my nose or just looked up it. Nevertheless, a fine provider in the sense that she was able to follow detailed medical history, take an appropriate account of verbal record, offer two different assessment options and provide a bit of explanation for symptoms. Area of improvement may Include more explanation on symptoms and a future plan. Seems to be a bit neutral in assessment but - kind provider.

She kind of just assumed I was there just to get surgery, I was just trying to tell her I've had these life long problems and while the visit was spurred by something specific, I have had tonsil problems my whole life and was just kinda weird and rude about it

As was explained, the nurse did a very thorough cleaning of both ears, and determined through her inspection that there was no rupture on my eardrum, which was very good news, then gave medication to more thoroughly cleans that ear for future check up within 5 to 6 weeks very complete

I would highly recommend Gretchen to my friends and associates. Gretchen has a very nice, confident, pleasing approach! She provided the time to thoroughly diagnose and treat my problem with the highest level of professionalism. Thank you.
