Gretchen Hucks, RN

Gretchen goes out of her way to tell you how important she is and how she “knows everything about” the surgeon she works with. Very strange arrangement there. Let’s be realistic; she schedules surgery. Her attitude is antagonistic, even though her task is simple. Should be anyway. She demonstrates that she has poor boundaries when she talks about how busy and important her surgeon is. Good grief! She clearly does not like being “bothered” by patients herself. I’ve never encountered a registered nurse who treats patients as abrasively as Gretchen does. She must have “her surgeon” fooled, otherwise she would have been fired by now. He needs to listen to her phone calls with patients.

She is rude and inconsiderate.
