Does not listen or take complaints seriously
Mr. Knoblauch was the PA for my surgeon. He did not take me seriously when I expressed the pain I was in post surgery. I repeatedly told him the pain was behind my knee and on 3 different occasions he kept telling me pain in my shin and calf were to be expected - even though that was NOT where my pain was. It was my physical therapist who advocated for me and eventually was able to get me around PA and back to my surgeon. My surgeon actually listened and was able to prescribe a nerve medication which fixed my issues. Turned out I had 2 types of cysts behind my knee (where I'd been complaining the pain was from the start) pressing on a nerve. Would give 0 stars to this man. Literally told me and I quote, "My best patients are usually 70 year old women because they know more about pain. My worst patients are usually 50 year old men and you're kind of acting like a 50 year old man" - I'm a mid 30s female.

Judgmental, egotistical and unprofessional. When he doesn't do these things, he's an excellent PA for Dr. Bruner.
