Talks down to patients and family members
Greg was very vague when answering direct questions from family member of patient. He also brushed off answering questions. Not personable at all. I switched from his care several times. He was not caring or compassionate towards patient.

Greg is very knowledgeable and compassionate in his care. He always spends enough time to answer questions, alleviate anxiety and explain interventions. I have recommended his expertise and will continue to do so.
