Great listener and very caring

I had not seen Duffy ever before but I was in respiratory distress so I called and got an immediate appointment. She was thorough, listened to me, very kind and clearly explained what she was prescribing, sent me to chest X-ray and followed up on Mychart quickly. I am very grateful for her quick help!

I was not able to see my regular care provider. I didn't feel like Graycen Duffy listened to me. She seemed rushed. Didn't take her eyes off the computer when I was talking to her. I want someone who looks me in the eyes. I had blood, urine and stool samples taken for my unknown illness. Graycen Duffy did schedule me for a follow up appointment a week later. I wish she would have taken me through the results and explained the "abnormal" areas. I have had to rely on MyChart for results and then do research on test results. I would much prefer someone explaining things to me. I still am not sure what's going on with my abdominal pain even after test results and 10 days on an antibiotic. I've reached out through MyChart. Sporadic in hearing back from care provider. I understand that health professionals are extremely busy right now. But, when I see one I want them to be a great listener to my concerns when I am in the exam room.

Very knowledgeable

I was so impressed by Grayson Duffy. Generally I find Nurse Practitioners to be arrogant and overestimate their knowledge, but Grayson was incredible. She had actually read my records before my appt, listened carefully, and took my issue seriously and with respect. She's a valuable asset to the practice and I'd gladly see her again.

I am blessed to have the care team and services provided by St. Mary's Hospital and Staff. Every member of the staff, from volunteers, reception, and medical providers, has always treated me with care and compassion. Not only have I received exceptional medical care, I also have confidence that I will be treated with kindness and respect. I couldn't ask for more.

Graycen Duffy was excellent

I am "concerned" that my regular provider was booked out 7 months! To get a regular yearly exam, I had to see the assistant. Fortunately, I have seen her before and, as I have no serious medical problems, she was adequate and thorough during the exam.
