Not acceptable, unable to even make an appointment, called several times, they will not pick up, it goes to voicemail. They will call you back when they want. Finally they called me back and took all information about my daughter from me and said we need to call you back and let you know if the Head Dr will approve her case. (This is for my 21yr old daughter) up to this day, nobody called me back. When a person needs treatment and paying for it (not free), who are these Drs to select their patients, who they think they are?? My daughter needs to be approved or disapproved??How? by name, ethnic, color??? They already new her condition and was listed as a condition treated by them. Please don't waist your time and money with these Office, just go some place else. Can't talk directly about the Dr as we never got to see them, but if the front office treat you like this the Drs more than likely are aware.

I found that Dr. Bricken and his associates (Thomas Bryant) were more than accommodating and treated me with the utmost respect. I feel that Thomas Bryant is/was a good fit for my counseling needs. I feel at ease and I'm able to rest my defenses when I'm being seen by them.

Poor levels of patient consideration. Session was interrupted by another doctor coming into the room. The two of them proceeded to talk about me, rather than to me while I was sitting there. I left VERY upset. No follow-up call was made. I will not return there., and have sought services elsewhere.
