I was referred to Foundation Physical Therapy for incontinence problems. I have dealt with this for over 25 years and to be honest I didn’t think PT was the answer. We’ll I was pleasantly surprised. Dr. Gina Parsonis explained very clearly what was causing some of my issues and what the protocol would be. After 8 weeks of treatment I saw such an improvement. Jen, one of the PTAs and Dr Parsonis we’re the best and I can’t thank them enough. One cautionary note…. Since being discharged and not exactly keeping up with the program I have noticed a decrease in control. Will have to get back on it and have scheduled a follow up evaluation .

Gina is a truly compassionate, professional and knowledgeable therapist. She thoroughly explains conditions and treatment, and has the knack for making her patients feel important and addresses any concerns or changes that may occur. The entire staff is friendly and engaging and appointments are timely. If you have pelvic floor issues, Gina is the expert to see.

I was diagnosed with stage 3 rectal CA with extensive radiation to pelvic area, leaving intercourse extremely painful, along with multiple bouts of incontinence. Before I met Gina, I felt like my life was pointless. She has completely changed my life and given me hope that I can lead a “normal” life again. Pelvic floor therapy is much much more than “just doing Kegels”. Her expertise and bedside manner are one of a kind!
