Gina is very patient and actually listens to you. She spends time with you. She is soft spoken but understandable (I can't hear well). She may have finally found the answer to a lot of my problems with a simple blood test. I have had several doctors/nurses to ask the same questions she did but she was the only one to follow up on the questions. The office staff is very pleasant and polite. Great attitudes!
