In a world where medical staff give you prescriptions and push you along,Spike is a rare gem. Knows what he is talking about, will spend a LOT of time with you, and cares about healing you. Amazing. I don't think he participates in my insurance, so I don't know if I can see him again, but he is worth every penny. Thanks,Spike!!!

Spike is a real asset to Bassette healthcare in Delhi. He takes the time to answer your questions, he's very knowledgeable and works very hard to solve whatever problem you have. He has a great sense of humor, and he has helped me a lot. I find him to be the best provider in Bassette Delhi and I like that he doesn't rush you out. You can get everything you need done that visit. That's very important. I recommend Spike very highly.

Spike is an exemplary physician. He is knowledgeable and caring. He takes the time to explain things so that I completely understand and responds quickly and thoroughly to non-urgent care emails. He is the consummate professional.
Plus, he has a great sense of humor.
I value him as my primary care provider.

Mr Simpkins (Spike) has been a godsend for me. I have had experience with many providers but I can hoenestly say that I know Gilbert cares about me as a patient and respects me as a human. He is a rare treasure in health care and I strongly recommend him to anyone who is looking for an intelligent, compassionate, and caring provider. He is the best in this area of Delaware County NY. I finally have found a healthcare Gem.
