Gianina is hands down the best experience I have ever had in therapy, and I've been in therapy since childhood (I'm 30 now). I saw another rating that was really low, and I can genuinely say that was likely user error as I can't imagine Gianina leaving someone hanging. I've been with her for almost two years now, and I have had amazing growth over that time. I have recommended a few friends to go to her and have similar opinions to mine. Gianina cares about her clients and it is felt and known. Additionally, instead of only offering traditional therapy techniques, Gianina puts a spin on it with using less common techniques alongside traditional ones - Such as DBT, EMR, and general life coaching. Seriously a fantastic mental health advocate and a wonderful person. Cannot recommend her more.

Unprofessional
She stopped communicating with me via email about scheduling, providing no explanation. This caused a big delay in me getting the help I needed. I never actually saw her, but the way she dropped me and quit responding to my emails is concerning and unprofessional. It caused more harm than she realizes.
