Geri Goddard, MA

I've been with Geri for a little over a month and she has absolutely changed my life for the better. I am in my 60s and a female, and she understands how autism is in females, she also diagnosed me with ADHD, which was confirmed by a psychiatrist. After over 40 years of therapy I finally found someone who listens to me and works on what's going on with me instead of just rehashing my childhood over and over.

I look forward to our visits as she is helping me with my ADD, my children, all my stress, my past relationship issues, and most importantly reminds me to breathe. From day one I have felt comfortable telling her everything and I didn't feel awkward or judged; I felt heard.

She coerced me into separating from my family and wanted to do counseling sessions all the time with both of my parents and would constantly give away private information. She would give away my diagnoses, what I’ve told her during our sessions, and would tell me what the same things about them. She also, despite not being qualified to do so, diagnosed me with ADHD.

Dreadful. She blatantly lied about me and was caught, she milked my husband and me for thousands of dollars and drove a wedge between us. I had similar experiences to those written above. She is a snake.

Save yourself a LOT of money and stress, DO NOT GO TO HER! She actively tries to create as much work for herself as possible. She does not care about the children she sees, she only cares about what the party that pays her the most money wants. She is also very rude and is two-faced. She will tell one party one thing and turn around and tell the other party a lie about what she just told the other party. She deserves to have her license revoked. Worst experience, EVER!!!

The worst no help at all it was about how long she could drage the sessions out .once i got insurance she jacked her price to colleted more

I hope Geri is no longer practicing. Not sure how I came across this but do yourself a favor if she is still practicing, STAY AWAY!!!

Terrible experience. Geri was so rude the whole time and only cares about the money. Wish I could give her 0 stars. She would try to schedule every single member of my family for a session when they had nothing to do with anything just for the fact that she wanted more money. Only went to 3 sessions and when I stopped attwnding she sent a bill of $9,000 and threats to turn my family to collections. Wrote a nice review before I had seen her, regretting every nice word I wrote. DO NOT GO TO GERI.

She is a nightmare -she didn't bill me then told me my insurance who she said was covering it didn't then demanded thousands of dollars-then sent me to collections and now suing me-why in the world would I have racked up thousands if my insurance not covering/asked her for the explanation of benefits and she refused -her collections agency harassed me and wouldn't work with me

Obvious it's all financially based with false billing. Not notifying other parent of kids being seen. Yells at child, makes them feel guilty to how they feel. Causing more of a problem than started out with. Blatant lies even though sessions were recorded. Seems to be completely biased and fake. Do not even think twice. Stay away!

She is not the nicest person, does not seem to care for what patient feels. I've had counseling sessions with other therapists, and they actually are there to listen and help. Stay away from Geri Goddard

Can't say one negative remark about Geri. She very professional and gives 110% to the children. I high recommend her.
