I went in on 1-8-2021 to get my glasses adjusted. I walked out and noticed both of my lens were scratched. I walked back in to address the issue. The guy advised the machine caused the scratches after they were heated. I was then told they would reorder the lens which could take a month. I left infuriated to know I’m now inconvenienced.

Dr. Furnari is the best private practice eye doctor is South Florida. He is especially knowledgeable about contact lenses.

The front desk staff is very rude and unprofessional. I have never visited a health facility where the staff is so mean and rude. I don't know if the doctor is aware of the way the front staff is treating patients, but etiquette means a lot when dealing with the public.

This is an Ethic Issue. I am a Doctor and upon arrive to Clinic I noticed that the "Dr"in charge of me was with some doubts and with poor Communication Skills . I told the Assistance that my Appointment was with Dr Fornaris ans asked her as a Dr to see him. Dr Fornaris refused and even he did not attend a request from another Professional. Thanks to Professionalismof Vilma Montufar the optical Technician i did not leave.

I’ve been a patient here for 18 years and this year I’ve encountered issue with 1.insurance was not verified before the appt and I had to pay out of pocket for an emergency visit 2.I had to come back to see the doctor for regular eye exam because it could not be done on the day of the visit 3.My glasses broke and Dr.Furnari did not want to give me contact trials until my glasses came in/see the doctor for contact lenses so I had to wear old glasses from year 2009. 4.ordered my glasses with ever
